Microelectronic-grade carbon nanotubes are now commercially available through Nantero's licensee Brewer Science. Brewer Science, a trusted, long-term provider of leading edge materials and processes to the semiconductor industry has announced commercial availability of the first microelectronic-grade carbon nanotube coating. A break-through in the refinement of the carbon nanotube material enables the removal of metallic and carbonaceous contaminants. The coating is easily applied by spin, spray, micro-dispensing or ink-jet printing.
